Payment;  We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.  You may pay by check only if orders are to be picked up at the Ready, Set, Dance studio.

Price Policy: The prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice.  In the event of price changes by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our pricing accordingly.

Return Policy - Returns on items can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. 
Special orders not listed on this website are not returnable or refundable.  Sale items are not returnable or refundable.  All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns (please allow 1-2 weeks for Processing)

* Must fill out return form
*Must include copy of original sales receipt
*Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages; we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.

Back Orders:
Every effort is made to ship orders complete.  In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out "in stock" products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible.  Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically cancelled unless there are special circumstances.

Please specify if you would like your order shipped only if complete.
